I was about to get back on here and start saying a bunch more shit (got plenty more of it) but I'm tired y'all. I too am living the full time working and baby having life, although I don't feed him with my own boobs. Today I moved large and medium sized rocks most of the day with my hands, a shovel, and Brute can, built a sick dry creek and stone patio, and planted various trees, shrubs, ferns, and grasses. Much of what I do for the LP is done while going to or from somewhere, in addition to time that I take away from work or lots of other things I like to do with or for my family, but ya already know, that's the liberty warrior life, whatever it takes. Pro tip: Signal voice messages, much easier than texting or emailing while driving, which I also do more often than i care to admit but discourage. I get folks on a voice call when I can, that's a good communication tool. Sometimes I'm discussing LP goings-on on a headset while out in some person's garden. It's fun! Somehow I end up finding a lot of time to devote, and in my conversations I hear a lot of stuff, often repeatedly over spans of time and from multiple people whose perspectives overlap, and if I keep hearing about a problem then I seek to understand what can be done. But then sometimes I hear the same people talk about the things slightly differently elsewhere. A lot about communication is non-verbal and I listen for what people are saying beyond or despite the words they're using. These issues I'm bringing forward have not been ironed out or fixed. Angela is not disputing my claims, just calling me disrespectful, that's fair. Our time and energy is being disrespected. Much not all of this is what I hear from Angela (and Kathy and others) for long enough now that I insist on discussing it with a wider audiences, namely getting raw as all hell in here with you all. I only ever have time to talk to specific people or groups about what I specifically need to talk with them about and not much more.
Happy Fri-YAY! To continue, the proper or constructive channels are few and far between, aren't working, and are compromised. This is the group capable of doing something if anyone is at all. If we're on the same page then we can go to the full LNC and make the motions and get the votes, that simple. I'm in agreement that Lainie would benefit from coaching, as does any top performer in any endeavor. Who in this organization is responsible for coaching her? Angela, no one else, who tells us things are being fixed and meetings are serious and good and we heart react it, and the problems persist. Angela can also do with coaching such as this: stop sugar coating or minimizing, give it to us straight and raw (we can take it), and do what you say you'll do, and we will go to bat for you, and if you don't then don't be surprised when there's trouble. How effective is your coaching of Lainie if you keep telling her her obstacles are too political for you to solve? I bet Lanie can no longer tell you what she really thinks about the situation or about you. If it does sound like I'm giving some one-sided story all about protecting Lainie, well for one, again a lot of what I'm saying is what you tell me or say openly in meetings, and two, who else is actually defending or listening to Lainie or speaking for her? (Besides Tuna in his fake grandstanding.) She doesn't get to email the board privately without our Secretary getting down her throat. She gets meager exec sesh time at meetings before being cut off and sent away. And then she's often too long winded because she's anxious that a wrong word or turn of phrase will get her fired because Nanna has pulled her aside and tells her she'll be on the chopping block if she's critical of Civi, yeah him one of our people who's supposed to help foster a good staff environment. And her boss Angela throws her hands up, more worried about protecting herself and winning reelection. Don't believe me, ask Angela of any of this is wrong.
